Taylor's Graduate Capabilities
Taylor's Graduate Capabilities (TGC) was created in 2007 to enchance university - level education to meet the demands of industry, community and globalisation. As a Taylor's graduate, I believe I am equipped with some of the Taylor's Graduate Capabilities and with this, I believe that I am ready to adapt the changing workplace environment in a better way.

Discipline Specific Knowledge
Throughout the course that I'd taken in Taylor's University, I am trained to be able to put theories into practice through the Assignment that I've done. Besides, I understand ethical issues in the context of the field study as well.

Thinking and Problem Solving Skills
I was trained to think critically and creatively through each and every presentation that I had in my tutorial class no matter in what subject. I will need to answer all kind of critical question from the lecturer in order to gain higher marks for the assignment.
Interpersonal Skills
I'd understand the team dynamic and mobilise the power of team. In my opinion, a good leadership or team skills is more important than technical skills.

Lifelong Learning
I was trained to learn independently through extra activities that I'd participated such as ImaginHack2014. I'm the person who in charge in sponsorships and marketing team. I'd took the extra miles to learn, locate, extract and utilies information effectively.

Communication Skills
I'd learn to communicate with different kind of people no matter in acedemic or in co-curricular. Besides, I'd also attended a subject about communication practice as well. This can help me to work well and integrate in different culture more quickly than the other.
Intrapersonal Skills
According to Taylor's University core purpose, I believe with all the activities that I'd done in this university, I'm ready to take my productive place as leader in the global community where I am able to manage oneself and be self-reliant.
